▼ MATT/WRINKLE/EMBOSSED PPG PPGI COIL reticulated series of color-coated plates sometimes referred to as suede color-coated plates or wrinkled color plates are coated with special performance paint on the surface of steel plates. In the early stage of colour curing the surface paint first solidifies and shrinks, and in the later stage of curing the surface layer absorbs the shrinkage of the lower layer. The textured colour-coated plate is a type of wrinkled (fluffy reticulated) surface coating with a suede effect after drying showing a three-dimensional effect.
